FAQ: How do I change the email address on my Sente account?

There is not currently a mechanism for changing the email address associated with a sync2 account. This feature is coming, but until then you will need to request technical support from us to execute the change.

Here is what we need from you to change the email address on your account:

  • the email address currently associated with the account
  • the email address you would like to have associated with the account
  • the current password for the account

Also, the request must come from either the old or the new email address.

Once we have this information, we can normally update the database in just a few hours.
