Discrepencies in exporting

Hi there,
I did an export of thousands of document references using the Endnote format. When I opened the resulting text file, several hundred references were missing. Under what circumstances does Sente not export a given record? In one example I tracked it down to an ñ that was the problem (when I deleted the ñ, the record exported as expected), but there were many records with ñ that were exported, so it is not a consistent problem.
