I've noticed that PubMed searches in Sente often do not include links to the full text that I see when I search PubMed with a web browser. So I end up having to do a second search on the PubMed web site. I'm not sure how hard this is to fix, but one workaround would be to provide a way to jump from the Sente entry to the PubMed reference in a web browser.

Obtaining full-text and links to full-text is an area that we're actively pursuing. We know that this is something that people want and need, but we're not there yet, so please bear with us.

Here is a copy of a post I've posted some time ago. It will work for most of the recently published articles. Quote:
while waiting for the ThirdStreetSoftware guys to invent something better, I have just added a new link to the Actions that allows to jump straight to the article in the journal website using the doi information (that nowadays is present almost everywhere).
To make this possible: - open Sente (v2.1.5) preferences - Go to Links - Add a link - Active: check - label field: as you wish - ID authority field: doi - URL template: http://dx.doi.org/{id}
